According to the latest online review statistics, more than three out of four (76%) of consumers say they trust the reviews they read online as much as personal recommendations. Encouraging positive reviews is an excellent way to raise your company's profile. The best way to encourage customer reviews is with a simple and straightforward question: "Would you be willing to leave us a review?"
